To visit it is a must! Amazing place and wonderful welcome with great winesWine tasting and cellar tour: we (10 guests!) really appreciated the hospitality and the wines ...especially the one with BONZANO label; in this regard, I'm aiming to taste Castello di Uviglie's wines -which will come in the following years- under the guidance of the winemaker Mr. Lanati. The tour in the cave or "La Cava" is an amazing experience!!! I do strongly suggest it!

Beautiful experience! Mario, our guide made us discover a wonderful history of our territory. Inhabited over time by illustrious people, the castle of Uviglie boasts a thousand-year history. The park with its small church is beautiful. The rooms that can be visited have a lot to tell. The cellar is beautiful...
Beautiful place! Mr. Mario, our guide, was very kind and thorough. He told us the history of the owner families that have followed one another over the centuries, and the most recent events that have seen the castle act as the setting for events. The park is wonderful with a multitude of trees surrounding the castle. The cellars are worth seeing, not many castles can boast a winemaking history dating back to 1491. Compliments also to the careful display of the bottles, you can see that Mr. Mario loves every corner of this castle!
A home rich in history and extremely interesting anecdotes. The guide took us back through the centuries, reconstructing the history of the castle and its owners in great detail! In addition to visiting the castle rooms, you can visit the English-style park and the cellar which contains other interesting anecdotes. The visit is only available on Sunday morning, but I highly recommend it. You book by telephone and pay on site at the end of the visit
Fantastic castle, with a very ancient history. The park surrounding it is beautiful. The guide who accompanied us on the visit was very kind and competent. To find out the opening days, consult the Castelli Aperti website and then book your visit by telephone. The full ticket costs €6.
